Principal

Peter Lambis

As Principal and co-founder of Lambis Rank, Pete has over 30 years of experience in real estate development, project management, property management, and transaction and advisory services.

Prior to Lambis Rank, Pete worked as a contractor and owner’s representative for a leading national construction company and global real estate services firm, respectively. He performs project and development services for public and private sector clients across numerous sectors including office, residential, retail, industrial, life sciences, healthcare, education, hospitality and sports/entertainment.

Sam Rank

Sam Rank is a Principal and Co-Founder of Lambis Rank, a real estate services and investment firm based in the Washington, DC area. The firm specializes in commercial project management, property management, transaction advisory, financial consulting, and investment management, overseeing a portfolio of over 15 million square feet valued in excess of $4 billion. Lambis Rank’s team members bring expertise from business, development, architecture, engineering, and general contracting, advising owners and occupiers across many real estate sectors including retail, healthcare, life sciences, multifamily, industrial, hospitality, and logistics properties both in the Capitol Region and throughout the United States.

With two decades of experience in commercial real estate, Sam has led projects for institutional and private-sector clients, including public agencies, Fortune 500 companies, and private investors. He has managed ground-up developments, major renovations, and complex interior projects nationwide. His approach prioritizes results-driven strategies, integrity, and a commitment to delivering value for his clients and partners.

A graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park, Sam earned his Bachelor’s degree with honors. He has served as a Divisional and State leader for the real estate trade organization ICSC and remains actively engaged in industry and community initiatives. Honoring a longstanding family tradition, he is deeply involved in supporting the United States Naval Academy. Sam lives in the Washington, DC metro area with his wife and three sons.
