PETER LAMBIS, Principal
As Principal and cofounder of Lambis Rank, Pete has over 25 years’ experience in real estate development, project management, property management and transaction and advisory services. Prior to Lambis Rank, Pete led a team of 50 professionals for a global real estate firm performing project and development services for public and private sector clients across numerous sectors including office, residential, retail, industrial, life sciences, healthcare, education, hospitality and sports/entertainment.
SAM RANK, Principal
As Principal and cofounder of Lambis Rank, Sam has over 15 years’ experience in real estate development, project management, property management and transaction advisory services. Prior to Lambis Rank, Sam served as Senior Vice President for a global real estate services firm where he oversaw the Mid-Atlantic residential market sector. Under Sam’s leadership, the residential market sector grew to provide project management and consulting services on over 30 projects per year with an annual project spend of $175M.
